The four ways to register
All four create the same account: same sportsbook, same cashier, same bonus rules. Only the typing and the recovery differ.

Registration by phone number
Enter your number in international format: for Nigeria, +234 then the number without its leading zero. A one-time SMS code arrives; type it back into the app. The number becomes your login and your recovery channel. Registration by email
The email form asks for the most detail: name, email address, country, currency, a password and the promo code. A confirmation link in your inbox activates the account. Use your real name; it must match your NIN slip or passport at verification.
Registration through a social network
Authorise a social or messenger account and 888starz pulls your profile ID or email from it. You still choose the currency and type the promo code. No new password to invent. Switch on two-factor authentication there, and add a phone number as a backup.

How to register inside the 888starz app
The app carries the full registration form; no desktop browser needed. Install the APK first: 53.8 MB, Android 7.0 or newer. Play Protect scans it because it comes from outside Google Play. That is normal.

Entering your promo code at signup
The promo field is on all four sign-up forms. Enter MAXBONUS999 before you tap confirm. That arms the welcome package: 200% across your first four deposits at 100%, 50%, 25% and 25%, capped at ₦150,000 per tier and ₦600,000 across the package.
It is not free money. Wagering is x5 the bonus amount, accumulators only, at least 3 legs, every leg 1.40 or higher, inside 30 days. Singles do not count. Choosing your account currency
The currency is set once, on the registration form. It can never be changed: no setting in your profile, and support will not switch it. A different currency means a different account, and you get only one.
It also decides which payment methods your cashier shows. A naira account shows OPay, PalmPay, Paystack and bank transfer or USSD: ₦300 minimum deposit, ₦4,000 minimum withdrawal, no fees. Pick a currency your local rails do not support and those methods vanish, leaving a conversion spread on every transaction. Timings are on the deposits and withdrawals page.
888starz account verification (KYC)
You do not verify to register, deposit or bet. Verification runs before your first withdrawal. Until it clears, money goes in but cannot come out. Submit documents inside the app. 888starz never asks for your wallet PIN; anyone who does is a scammer.

How long verification takes
Approval takes 24 to 72 hours. It sits in front of your first payout, so that withdrawal can take up to 48 hours. Later ones clear in under 10 minutes on OPay and PalmPay. The slow first payout is a genuine drawback. Submit your documents the day you open the account.
888starz login: getting back into your account
You log in with your account number, phone number or email address, plus your password. All three reach the same account. The app keeps you signed in unless you log out.
Forgotten the password? Tap the recovery link on the login screen. 888starz sends a reset code to the channel you verified: SMS to your phone, or a link to your email. A one-click account with no phone or email attached has nowhere to receive that code.
